Terms and Conditions
RETAIL PRICES: Prices are listed by item and priced in US dollars. Subject to change without notice.
CREDIT CARDS: We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover; or PayPal.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: We do not ship outside the US.
DELIVERY: Most items are shipped within 3-5 business days of order. Certain instances of delay from backorder items may occur.
SHIPPING: Most orders can be shipped via USPS. Larger volume and larger items will generally be shipped via UPS. We reserve the right to use our discretion as to the carrier to be used on any shipment. All shipments are packed very carefully using standard approved packing methods. If any damage or loss occurs in transit, please do not refuse the shipment as this causes unnecessary shipping expenses and delays.
DAMAGES: Any orders with damaged or incorrect items must be reported within seven (7) days to our office.
RETURNS: New and unworn, unwashed items may be exchanged or returned within seven (7) days of receipt. No returns or damaged merchandise will be accepted without a Return Authorization issued by our customer service department. Please email email@example.com to request a return and include your order number and what you would like to return or exchange.
